The following healthy eating activities take place regularly:

Tuesday Drop In offer a tasty nutritious meal for just £2 every Tuesday 4-7pm.

Thursday Community Cafe with meals and hot drinks from £1 Thursday 12:30 - 3pm.

 

Healthy Living:

Get fit with our Womens Warm Up and Cool Down sessions on Monday Mornings from 11am

 

Come along and play table tennis, short tennis or badminton - even a game of pool or snooker will get you moving around, and all these activities will help you meet new people and feel more active! All available at our friendly drop in sessions.

And watch out for trips and walks happening from the centre to help you get out and about, including Art fieldtrips!
