Drop In

We provide facilities and support for people with mental health needs at regular drop-ins.  These take place twice a week for 2-3 hours, welcoming up to 40 people per session.

During drop-in sessions, different activities and services are available alongside the chance to meet friends, have some refreshments and play sports and games. We currently no longer offer a women only drop in, but we do have a Womens Art Studio drop in and a Women only exercise class - these run on Mondays.  

During the Thursday drop-in, we host advice and advocacy sessions and a mental health worker is usually available.

The drop-ins are run by the centre manager, Drop-in Facilitator and Volunteer Coordinator along with volunteers and sessional staff.

There is a community cafe on Thursdays 12:30-3:00 where a nutritious and affordable meal is served.

All drop-ins include a variety of activities in a warm and friendly atmosphere - sports, games, TV, company, trips out, cookery club, excercise sessions and relaxation

New ideas are welcome. Tea, coffee and soft drinks always available.
